Optionen/Verlängerung: Options do not have to be offered; they are not taken into account in the evaluation. Options are commissioned or omitted at the latest when the order is placed. This depends on the available budget.

Eignungsanforderungen (Auszug)

• Specific Turnover - Companies that have not generated average net annual turnover of more than EUR 4,000,000 in Agri-Photovoltaic and / or BESS in the years 2023 - 2025, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
• References - Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide substantiation for at least two reference projects in Agri-Photovoltaic of min. 500 kWp each and at least three reference projects in BESS of min. 2 MWh each, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
